Home Made Protein Bars with Oats and Blueberries

Home made protein bar ingredients
180g porridge oats (not whole rolled)
200g blueberries
120g vanilla whey
30g ground almonds
20g chia seeds
1 egg
80g honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
150ml whole milk
70ml water
Small pinch of salt
How to make your home made protein bars
– Preheat your oven to 180C (fan) and line an 8″ baking tray
– Mix the whey powder with the water and milk to ensure a smooth consistency with no lumps
– Pour this into a mixing bowl with all other ingredients and mix together well
– Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out the centre clean
– Cool in the tin and then divide into 8 bars.
