A massive congratulations to Laura who kept her title as the strongest girl in the gym with a 122.5kg deadlift!
Joanne achieved a super impressive squat at 1.4 times her bodyweight and Annette pulled a fantastic deadlift of 107.5kg!
It’s amazing to see how far these girls have progressed with their strength training and it’s such a pleasure to see how much enjoyment they get out of being strong. These girls are an inspiration for those of you just starting your weight-training journey and show how far it’s possible to go with a bit of hard work, dedication and consistency!
