Healthy Banana & Mango Lolly Recipe

You can’t beat a refreshing ice lolly on a hot summers’ day, but they taste even better when you know they’re packed full of goodness! Use very ripe bananas and mango for extra sweetness while the tahini adds creaminess, vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients
– 2 bananas
– 150g mango
– 100ml coconut milk
– 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegans)
– 2 tbsp tahini

Method
– Mix together in a blender;
– Pour into 6 lolly moulds and freeze for at least 3 hours;
– Enjoy!
