I never wanted to join a gym. However, as I turned 55, I knew there was compelling evidence that I’d benefit from strength training. My challenge was to find a gym where they could work round my old creaky joints and I wouldn’t feel hopelessly out of place. The great news is that I found The Fitting Rooms. All the PTs are a joy to spend time with and somehow manage to strike the perfect balance of support and challenge. I joined the gym hoping to get stronger. What I didn’t expect was to also laugh so much along the way!
