One thing that separates this place from other gyms is that people of all different shapes and sizes train together (no need to feel awkward if you’ve never had a PT or don’t look like a “gym bunny”), and all the members really encourage each other. There are different trainers each with their own style so you can pick and choose sessions to suit what you want to work on and who with! The price point is excellent and the option of Shared PT means that you get to train with like-minded individuals who really spur you on (which is often necessary!).
