Orange, Lime & Honey Salmon Recipe…

Brighten up a cold evening with our Orange, lime & honey salmon recipe. It is packed with protein, omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, and vitamins B & C, along with plenty of other nutrients and is so tasty and simple to make, this will quickly become one of your go to mid-week dinners!

Salmon Recipe Ingredients

– 2 salmon fillets

– Juice ½ small orange (approx. 35ml)

– 1 tbsp lime juice

– ½ tbsp olive oil

– 1 small clove garlic, crushed

– ½ tsp honey

– ½ tsp chilli flakes

– ½ tsp grated ginger

– Salt & Pepper

Salmon Recipe Method

– Put the salmon in a deep baking tray;

– Mix all marinade ingredients in a jug and pour over the salmon, top the salmon with an orange slice;

– Leave to marinade in the fridge for an hour or two if possible, although it can be cooked straight away if you don’t have time to prepare in advance;

– Bake at 180C fan for 15-20 mins;

– Serve with sweet potato mash and greens!
