We have brought our 5* rated Shared Personal Training online so you can experience expert training at home!

Shared Personal Training is our game-changing, group-training programme which has been shaking up the fitness scene in London since 2015. We match clients to each other according to their goals, strength and ability so that they can train with one of our expert Personal Trainers in a small group of no more than 4 people. Training together provides increased motivation, support and accountability, and allows you to a receive the guidance of an expert Personal Trainer for a fraction of the cost of One-on-one training; helping you to achieve your full potential.

The Virtual Shared PT sessions are conducted through Zoom, giving 2-way interaction between you, the trainer and the rest of the group. This enables us to assess and improve your technique and gives you the opportunity to get to know some like-minded clients (if you’ve got the energy to chat between sets!).

With the wonders of technology, we have now launched Virtual Shared Personal Training so that you can experience this 5* rated service without leaving your home!


To book into any of our Virtual Shared PT sessions, simply download The Fitting Rooms app from the AppStore or GooglePlay. Once you’ve created an account you’ll be able to browse the schedule and book into the Virtual sessions.

Shortly before the session’s start time, you will be sent a link to join the group on Zoom.


Most sessions fall under one of our three core programmes: Foundations to Body Composition (FBC); Advanced Body Composition (ABC) and Lean Muscle (LM) which are each aimed at a different level of current strength. We also offer Glutes & Abs, HIIT and Lower Body workouts which are appropriate for all levels.

If you’ve not trained with us before, we recommend you have a consultation before booking into any session so that we can discuss your previous training experience and advise which of our programmes will be most appropriate for you. Our Virtual Shared PT sessions give you access to an expert Personal Trainer for an incredible price. Join any session for just £25 or buy a 10-Block for £240. All sessions are 1 hour long.


Each of our Virtual Shared PT sessions uses just your own body weight, so there is no need for any equipment. However, if you already have your own weights or resistance bands at home, you can of course add them if you feel the need and we’ll tell you how you can include these as we go along.
